  5.     This file MUST exist in your "\BBS\TAGSCAN" directory or TagScan will be
  6.     unable to locate it. This file does NOT have to exist. If you don't
  7.     want to use it just besure that you delete it from the "\BBS\TAGSCAN"
  8.     directory so that TagScan won't find it. All matches that are found
  9.     will be deleted from the CURRENT UPLOAD DIRECTORY so be careful.
  10.     No files within the (Compressed)UPLOAD are affected by the TS-TRASH.DEL.
  11.     See the TS-TRASH.CAN for searching inside the (Compressed)UPLOAD.

  13.     I have included a list of files that I would consider useless in anyone's
  14.     UPLOAD directory. If you have any suggestions on a better list please
  15.     let us know, we are happy to recieve your input.
